We are proud to announce that 97% of our Year 11 students (2017-18) moved onto a version of Further Education; be that College, Sixth Form or an Apprenticeship.  70% of our students have been able to move forward onto a Level 3 Course (BTEC/ A Levels).
Careers and Employability is at the forefront of Fairfield High School, where it is firmly embedded into our curriculum. We are working within the Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure all our students leaving Fairfield receive high quality, impartial careers guidance, that helps them to make informed choices to suit their academic needs.

Our aim is to make sure they are prepared for their next stage of their education, employment or training. To aid this, please see an outline below of the main activities students will participate across each year group.

A number of events, intergrated into the schools careers programme, will offer providers an opportunity to come into school to speak to the students and/or their parents/carers.  A provider wishing to request access should contact:

Miss Kelly Thomas, Careers & Employability Coordinator.
