Chatterminds: Mindfulness for Parents

Through courses, lessons in schools and individual sessions, Chatterminds introduces mindfulness to children and teenagers (aged 4-18 years) plus parents and carers. It provides tools to help navigate everyday life occurrences and resilience to handle tricky situations and challenging emotions. Chatterminds nurtures individuals along the way, helping them to get the most out of life.
